Although licensed to practice law in the State of California since May 2012, Mr. Mohajer's legal journey began even earlier. He has amassed extensive experience in the legal field, managing multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing individual client attention. Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Mohajer held the position of senior associate, responsible for overseeing the civil department at his previous employment. He handled a significant caseload from inception to resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting and defending depositions, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.
